The Nigerian military says it has arrested two men believed to have masterminded the bombing last year of the Gombe Line Transport Services. The two men reportedly engaged troops in a gunfight on Sunday, but escaped. They were later arrested through surveillance operation at Bajoga area of Gombe, Chris Olukolade, a major-general and spokesman for Nigerian Defence Headquarters, claims. One of the suspects, who sustained serious injuries, is being treated at a military medical centre, he adds.
