Mother, Four Children Paraded As Kidnapping Suspects In Kano

The Kano State police command has paraded a woman and her four children among 26 suspected kidnappers busted during recent operations in the state.

Habu Sani, the commissioner of police, while parading the suspects in Kano, the state capital, said dangerous weapons were seized from the family.

Sani further disclosed that 30 armed robbery suspects were also arrested during the operations.

“Personally, I am surprise to see a whole family involved in such an organized crime and in possession of these dangerous weapons. The four adult sons are old enough to hustle through legitimate means to feed the family,” Sani said.
