National Assembly employees have threatened to disrupt budget defense meetings of government ministries, departments, and agencie if their accumulated allowances are not paid,

During a protest on Tuesday, the workers issued the threat under the banner of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria, PASAN.

PASAN has been fighting the National Assembly’s management for months over the non-implementation of approved service conditions, promotions, and payment of allowance arrears amounting to billions of naira.
