Chris Ngige, Minister of Labour and Employment, has been spotted on a business class flight to Owerri with two of his aides, costing N240,000.
Ngige, who negotiated with Labour unions over minimum wage, said N30,000 is enough to sustain a family of four in the country.
According to a Twiter user identified as Don Norman Obinna, who uploaded a picture he took with the minister onboard an Air Peace flight from Abuja to Owerri, Ngige was in company of his aides.
He tweeted: “See who flew in the same aircraft with me to Owerri; the Minister of Labour, Dr Chris Ngige, who said publicly that N30,000 minimum wage is enough for a family of four. Air Peace business class is N80k, but he flew with two of his aides. Our leaders have no conscience.”
