
A Nigerian, Abdul Adewale Kekere-Ekun, has jailed for life for killing 18-year-old, Marcus Hall in 2011. The convict and Hall were reported to have had a brawl outside Luton’s Atmosphere Nightclub. He was identified through a CCTV footage and manhunt was launched for him.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC), in its statement, said Kekere-Ekun, 39, had pleaded guilty to the crime at the Luton Crown Court before fleeing to Nigeria.
The EFCC said Kekere-Ekun had several aliases, such as Adebayo Dalvin, James Ekun, Adeba Yo Kekere-Ekun, Adeba Yo Muta Lito Kekere-Ekun, James Dalvin and many others. He was reportedly arrested on February 12, 2015 for identity theft and extradited to the UK.
