Nigerian rapper, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad, has cried out that he is stuck in Cyprus after being arrested by the authorities.

The rapper made this known via his Instagram stories on Saturday where he shared some detail of what led to his predicament.

According to Mohbad, he is stuck at the Cyprus airport prison while he blamed the show promoter for his ordeal.

He wrote:

“I’ve been stuck at the Cyprus airport prison. The show promoter got me fucked up,”

However, details of the incident remain unknown to the public.

Mohbad is signed to Naira Marley’s record label and came into the limelight with his hit song, ‘Feel Good’.

This is not the first time a Nigerian artiste will be getting locked up behind bars in a foreign country.

Recall that singers Omay Lay and Tems were also arrested in Uganda for breaking the Covid-19 rules in the country by performing for a crowd despite the Covid-19 restrictions.
