Fans of gospel singer Nikki Laoye has continued to rant and throw shades at Arik Airline for their poor treatment and lack of courtesy towards their customers. A few days ago, the gospel singer went on a Twitter rant about the poor conducts she received on her first time flying Arik Airlines from UK to Nigeria.
According to her, the customer service had been so terrible and she was baffled by their weird rule of only allowing one hand luggage per passenger. After calling them out on Twitter, she ended her rant by stating that she hoped the department in charge of complaints will take hers into consideration & deal with it.
Instead of apologising to Miss Laoye, which is the first rule of customer service, the management of Arik Air responded to Nikki by taking to the their official Instagram page to disagree with her complaint and also justify their actions without directly addressing her.
Disappointed by their behaviour, the singer declared on her Instagram moments ago that she will rather not use their services any more.
This is not the first time Arik will be criticised for their bad services and poor treatment of customers, in fact Nigerians believe the airline should be awarded ‘The worst airline of all time’ while others just want it shut down.
Meanwhile, her fans have continued to lash out at the airline for not apologising and for not treating their customers proper. Some went as far as saying Arik Air is known for everything unprofessional in the aviation business.
