American rapper, Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. better known as T.I., has said envy and hatred led to the killing of Nipsey Hussle. According to him, Hussle was dead because the gunmen couldn’t stand to see another person shining and leading his community by example.
T.I., who is currently going mourning the singer’s demise, is still amazed why anyone in the rapper’s neighbourhood would kill him.

Ironically, he believes it’s Nipsey’s amazing outreach to his community — countless efforts to improve lives — that sparked a jealous rage inside the shooter.
T.I. says the guy who pulled the trigger is probably trapped in a mindset of hating to see someone from his block, or someone who looks like him … advancing in life. The sad part being … that’s exactly the kind of person Nipsey tried to uplift.
In a post on Instagram, T.I. made it known that sometime people try to destroy you because of the power they know is in you.
