Former Deputy-Leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Saturday condemned Simon Ekpa, a self-styled disciple of detained IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Newsbreak reports that Mefor accused Finland-based Ekpa of being an enabler of the mindless killing of Igbo civilians by the so-called ‘Unknown Gunmen’.
“When this killer of Igbo Biafrans talks of self-defence, ask him what he did understand and what he actually did with it in reality, in fact and in deed. Simon Ekpa, how does self-defence to you means killing innocent, unarmed civilians? Just how does self-defence to you means killing Igbo people? Simon Ekpa, why does self-defence to you means terrorising Igboland and her people under the guise that Fulani carry arms and in the name of freedom?” Mefor said via a Facebook post.
He added: “The abomination, the atrocities, the crimes against humanity you committed as part of the wider alliance of horror and terror of the IPONK-IPOB against Igbo Biafrans shall continue to follow all of you. All of you shall continue to distegrate into criminal gangs and eventually destroy yourselves by yourselves—–for the spirit of the land, the forces of heaven and earth are against all of you.”
