Newsbreak reports that Nnamdi Kanu, detained leader of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is eyeing victory as his trial continues on Tuesday morning at the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Speaking in Igbo language in a video posted on his known Twitter handle, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, one of the lawyers of Kanu anticipates victory against the Nigerian government. The IPOB leader concurs.

The 54-year-old who is standing trial over alleged terrorism appeared in good spirits in court today (Tuesday).

Meanwhile, Kanu is worried over the continuous detention of Mrs. Ukamaka Ejezie, popularly called Mama Biafra.

This news medium recalls that the 80-year-old woman was reportedly arrested during Kanu’s court appearance in Abuja on May 18, 2022, and has been in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).
