The leadership of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) says it is preparing for the birth of a new nation of Biafra.

In a statement on Tuesday by its spokesperson who deploys the pseudonym, Emma Powerful, obtained by Newsbreak.ng, the pro-Biafra group said it will soon commence the arrest of criminals, whom it’ll detain and prosecute.

“The new Nation of Biafra will soon emerge and nobody born of a woman can change or stop its coming.
