Nollywood Star, Damola Olatunji, has been reportedly detained at Area P Police Command in Lagos State hours after he confronted policemen whom he accused of assaulting his Personal Assistant, Timileyin Salawu.

The actor went on Instagram live on Monday to show the faces of the policemen who allegedly assaulted him and his P.A. by seizing their phones.

According to him, the incident occurred in the Abule Egba area of Lagos State, where the policemen forcefully took his phone while he was recording them and slapped his P.A.

He also accused the policemen of extorting people of their “hard-earned money”.

The video was later deleted but on Tuesday morning, the actor sent a message that he was being detained at Ipaja.
