US rapper, Fat Joe, has said not helping fellow rapper, Eminem, remains his greatest mistake in life. The ‘Lean Back’ rapper said way back, he ignored Eminem when he gave him his demo tape six times but he never listened to it.

While speaking at a live event for Miami’s 99 Jamz radio station, Fat Joe said; “Eminem out here in Miami, he gave me his demo like six different times,” Crack recalled. “Everywhere I went was this little white boy and he kept giving me his demo. He was like, ‘Yo, listen to my music, I’m telling you, I’m nice, I’m nice, I’m nice.’… I didn’t do it and now he’s the biggest guy in the universe.”

Eminem has sold over 230 million records sold globally, earning the title of one of the best-selling artists of all time.

With 15 Grammy Awards, eight American Music Awards, 17 Billboard Music Awards, an Academy Award (for Best Original for “Lose Yourself) and a MTV Europe Music Award for Global Icon Award, Eminem’s legend status is obviously undeniably.

He went on to reveal another regret saying similar thing happened when Rick Ross approached him about being signed.

He also said he helped notable artistes like like Remy Ma and Big Pun, adding that he jump-started the career of Miami legend, Pitbull.

According to Joe, he was friends with Pitbull’s manager. Because of their relationship, he took the rapper’s demo tape to New York and got him a record deal.

In another clip, Fat Joe also confirmed the release date of his collaborative project with producer Dre. Family Ties is slated for Dec. 7 and could be his last album.
