Ovie Omo-Agege, a Senator representing Delta State Constituency, on Tuesday appeared before the Senate committee investigating the invasion of the National Assembly and theft of the Senate Mace.
Omo-Agege, who appeared before the panel said he had dragged it to court along with several others. He stated that it would be sub judice for him to speak on the matter.
There was, however, an exchange of words between Na’Allah and Omo-Agege on whether the panel had been duly served.
“I’ve not been served,” Na’Allah stated.
Several members of the panel have however, criticised the lawmaker for the legal action against the panel and the legislature.
