Rauf Aregbesola, governor of Osun state has lost his mother, Alhaja Sarat, popularly known as Mama Olb, on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
Though, there is no official statement from the state government yet, sources confirmed that the governor’s mother died after a brief illness.
The governor is in Birnin-Kebbi, Kebbi state at the moment.
