Olympiacos have said their players and officials have tested negative for coronavirus.

The Greek club said players and officials were tested after Evangelos Marinakis, their owner, tested positive.
The statement reads: “Olympiacos FC informs that after the required medical exams to which all the members of the football staff (players, coaching, medical and technical staff of the team), as well as all the board members and staff, were submitted, all the tests came out negative for the COVID-19 virus.”
The test became necessary after Wolverhampton Wanderers, their Europa League opponents, had asked UEFA to cancel the game saying it posed a health threat to all involved.
Their request was turned down and the game will go on behind closed doors on Thursday night.
Arsenal had announced that first team players are being quarantined after they met Marinakis After the clubs’ Europa League clash two weeks ago.
