A couple heading for a holiday in the south of France were said to have left behind one of their children and were only reminded hours later through a radio announcement, the British Broadcasting Corporation, BBC, reported. The couple had driven 150km (93 miles) before they heard the announcement and realised the three-year-old was not in the car. The girldiscovered by another family, who waited for her parent’s return, but took her to the place when none showed up.
The incident happened on Sunday afternoon at the Bras de Zil rest-stop south of Valence. The
Local prosecutors were considering whether to take action against the parents.
