Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James, better known as Baba Ijesha, appeared at the Yaba Magistrates Court in Lagos on Wednesday, for an appearance.
Baba Ijesha showed up in court with a copy of “How To Thrive In Perilous Times” written by Pastor Caldwell.
He was arrested by operatives of the Lagos State police command on April 30, 2021, after he was accused of molesting a child in care of colleague, Oluwadamilola Adekoya, popularly known as Princess.
He was granted bail on May 17 on health grounds, as he could not be arraigned in court because of the strike embarked upon by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) at the time.
However, courts resumed normal sitting on Tuesday, after JUSUN called off the industrial action last week.
