Oluwatosin Babatunde, a 400-level Botany student of the Lagos State University, has been arrested after he was seen in a video kissing a three-year-old girl.

The incident, according to reports happened on June 2 in their Sagamu home. He claimed the little girl is his sister.

Bala Elkana, Police Public Relations Officer, in statement said Hakeem Odumosu, the state Commissioner of Police saw the video and instructed detectives from the Gender Unit to analyze the video and apprehend the suspect.

He has been handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba for prosecution.
