A protest took place today in Yenegoa, the capital of Bayelsa State, over the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s, EFCC, probe of former first lady Patience Jonathan. The protesters allegedly belong to a faction of Ijaw Youth Council, led by Udengs Eradiri. Mrs. Jonathan is being probed over huge millions found in four questionable accounts with Skye Bank PLC.
