Fast rising Nigerian rapper, Oladipo Olamide Emmanuel, better known as Chinko Ekun, has completed his National Youth Service Corps program he started in 2018.
The rapper who was deployed to Lagos for his service year, shared a photo from his Passing Out Parade with the caption on his Instagram page and wrote, “Every finish line is the beginning of a new race .#MAFO . #NYSC done”.
Chinko Ekun is well known for his hit song ‘Able God’, which featured Zlatan and Lil Kesh. He also featured in a wave making song ‘Ijo Ope’.

In a recent interview, he was asked about how he came across the combination “Chinko Ekun”. “Chinko; someone said I looked like Chinese in my PD days. EKUN was my first official track.”
Chinko Ekun is an indigenous rapper. His style of music is a blend of Yoruba flavour with hip hop. His passion for music started when he was 7 years old. Chinko Ekun started doing music while he was in secondary school but he was still very muck unknown.
