The Rice Millers Association of Nigeria (RIMAN) have congratulated Ibrahim Agboola Gambari, President Muhammadu Buhari’s new Chief of Staff, over his appointment.

In a statement made available to Newsbreak, the association urged Gambari to use his office and experience to ensure Nigeria achieves food security, particularly in rice value chain in the milling sector.

It urged the new Chief of Staff to give attention to memos sent by it to the President as against what his predecessor, Abba Kyari, did during his time in office.

RIMAN also encouraged Gambari to pay attention to building a good working relationship with small and medium rice millers in Nigeria.
