Rita Dominic’s Wedding Fashion Statement – Who Wore It Best?

One of the Nigerian Legendary actors, Rita Dominic got married to her heartthrob, Fidelis Anosike on the 19th of April, 2022. The traditional wedding was a beautiful sight to see as it was graced by famous Nollywood personalities who were dressed in the gorgeous green aso-ebi. I must say that some of these attires were beyond beautiful while some had us wearing dark shades to pretend we were blind. It was a whole mood because some folks came in looking like princesses while some came in looking like Amaka disappointed them. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

10. Queen Nwokoye 

The first time I saw Queen Nwokoye’s dress, I just said NO. I get that her stylist was trying to do the most but even Cinderella’s old dresses were better than this dress.

Her stylist shouldn’t have done too much to the dress because those suspenders on the waist of the dress were totally unnecessary. The bodice of the dress did not flatter her figure at all. Was she saving money with her stylist? Did they even iron the dress? I doubt it.

I would rate this dress a 3/10 with no regrets.

09. Ebube Nwagbo

As much as this dress looked okay, it would have looked a lot better without the efizzy on it. There’s a studded net on top, butterflied one arm sleeve, fringes here and there, there was just a lot going on with the dress that we can’t say much about in the minimalist community.

Rating this dress a 6.2/10 because of how it accented Ebube Nwagbo’s figure

08. Lydia Forson

This dress was simply lovely. Who doesn’t love a puff-sleeve dress?

Without too much talk, I’ll happily give it an 8/10.

07. Mimi Linda Yina

Medlinboss, a stylist herself graced the occasion in a very creative dress which I personally do not think suits pretty well for a wedding guest’s attire. The first time I saw the dress, I thought she was going for a cobra themed dress.

I would give her an 8.5/10 for the creativity behind the dress.

06. Chioma Akpotha

The vibe queen herself, Chioma Akpotha! There would be no need to dive too much into the details of this dress because it is giving what it needs to give.

I would give this whole outfit an 8/10.

05. Mercy Eke

Our beautiful and popular BBN winner, Mercy Eke did not carry last with her outfit. Her gele was perfectly tied and you could tell her stylist put plenty of effort into the details of the bodice of the dress because can you see all that skill? It looked like golden pearls were used to embellish the bodice of the dress.

Too good! However, I feel like different sleeves would’ve suited the dress better so I’m rating this a strong 8.5/10

04. Onyii Alex

When I saw Onyii Alex’s dress, the first thing I asked myself was “can she breathe?” because it’ll be very hard to even drink a drop of water in that dress.

You could mistake her for the bride because she definitely came to slay. Pocahontas no do reach this one but I must give it to her stylist for an awesome job. That waist was incredibly snatched!

It’s a 9/10 for me because Veekee James di too much! Look at the details!

03. Idia Aisien

Idia Aisien’s dress was lovely. The dress accentuated her beautiful hourglass shape. Her stylist basically did justice to her bodice because that dress hugged her perfectly.

Did you see the way the lace was embellished with the beautiful emerald green cuts from the fabric? You would think she was wearing a dress with emerald gemstones.

I would give this an 9/10

02. Tubobereni

We all  know Tubo for her perfectly made Corsets that simply make a lady’s waist almost nonexistent. Her dress was minimal and chic and she also slayed the bride’s dress to perfection.

Can you see any waist? Where exactly is the waist?

I am rating her dress with a heavy 9.5/10.

01. Ini Edo

We know Ini Edo really wanted to fly away with the way she kept raising her arms to showcase the sleeves of her dress.

It gave off African princess vibes with all the melanin, emerald green and gold goodness! This dress had less drama which is why we liked the dress. She bodied it beautifully well.

This dress would be rated a 10/10
