The Saudi Authority on Friday has said it would set up a committee to investigate the causes of the Mina stampede which left 747 people dead and 804 others injured. According to the statement, the findings of the committee would be submitted to King Salman bin Abdulazaiz. It also said that the authority would not hesitate to address reasons for the stampede whatever the cost may be. The public has also been assured that the country would provide measures to ensure safety and security of pilgrims during hajj.
