Nollywood filmmaker and actor, Abayomi Aderibigbe, popularly known as Yomi Black, has challenged Toke Makinwa, an On-Air Personality, to show how she gets money to afford her lavish lifestyle.
Black called Makinwa out on Instagram, after she shaded some Nigerians, who complimented American rapper, Cardi B, who was in Nigeria for a show, over some acts she demonstrated while in the country.
Cardi B was seen in a video footage at a strip club in Lagos, spraying naira notes on strippers.
Makinwa had slammed some Nigerians who attack their celebrities for being a ‘bad role model, disgrace and morally corrupt’, for hailing Cardi B for an act they have condemned their own.
However reacting to comment, the actor reposted an Instagram message post by Digital marketer, Soji Ogunnaike, who dared the media personality to openly show how she affords her lifestyle.
He pointing out that Cardi B has never denied being a stripper. The post also asked Makinwa not to suggest that what she earns as an OAP gave her such lifestyle, saying “they know how much she earns.”
The post reads:
“You see why people love someone like Cardi B? She owns her shit, just like the Kardashians. You get what you expect. She hasn’t denied being a stripper or enjoying showing her body. She doesn’t go around forming motivational speaker and quoting Bible passages on social media like some Saint.
“Dear Toke, I dare you to openly show how you can afford your lifestyle. And don’t come with shit like you’re an actress or OAP because we all know how much both earn. Also don’t spew shit about endorsement deals because we are in marketing communications and know how much these deals are worth. This has got to be the most hypocritical post of 2019.”
