Victor Ikwuemesi, Chairman of the defunct Sosoliso Airline, has died of COVID-19 in London, United Kingdom.
The Nation reports that he died on Monday, few days after he was diagnosed with the virus.

He was in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on oxygen since he arrived the London hospital.
The report said his oxygen supply was removed so he could eat but it was discovered he could not breathe on his own. He was placed on a ventilator, after which he died.

Sosoliso, which was based in Enugu, started operation in July 2000.
