The Department of State Security Services, SSS, has prevented former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, from travelling abroad for medical treatment and placed him under house arrest. The court had granted him leave to travel, but the SSS believed he might not return to continue his trial. Dasuki is being tried for money laundering and illegal possession of arms.
