Barcelona striker, Luis Suarez, has urged Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba to move to the Camp Nou.
The Uruguayan echoed teammate, Gerard Pique, who said Pogba would be a welcome addition at Barcelona.
“Pogba’s an elite player who’s won everything,” Suarez told RAC1.
”He has a lot of quality and he’s one of the references at United. I think he would like to be competing for more than he is at the moment. He’s not a player that belongs to Barca, but he would always be welcome.”
The Frenchman emerged as a strong target for the Blaugrana during the summer, following his heroics at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
His poor relationship with his boss, Jose Mourinho, has continued to propel a potential switch to the Catalan club.
Despite his decision to stay at Old Trafford this summer, speculation about his future has refused to go away. His agent, Mino Raiola, has also reportedly been in contact with Barcelona.
