Yoruba separatist campaigner, Sunday Adeyemo, better known as Sunday Igboho, has dared Fulani herdsmen in Yorubaland to prepare for war.
Igboho who, on Monday, led youths to evict Fulani herdsmen from Igangan community in the Ibarapa area of Oyo State, boasted that the Fulani will be worsted even if they enlist the support of Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, and if President Muhammadu Buhari moves against him.
Igboho made his view known in a video posted on the social media by GIO TV.
The separatist campaigner stated that his concern is Yorubaland and not Nigeria as a whole, adding that he is disappointed in the senators representing the southwest and described them as mad and useless. He boasted that by Friday, the head of the Fulani community in Igangan will leave the town.
“We have senators who are mad and useless. They are just in Abuja feeding on our resources and are doing nothing while herdsmen kill their people.
“They killed a man who schooled in Germany and another who came to set up a petrol station and have been raping our people, but our senators are doing nothing.
“I’m not afraid of Buhari. Would he fold his hands if his children were the ones being killed? If the Federal Government attempts to prevent Yoruba people from defending their land against Fulanis, there will be trouble. We are tired of our people being killed and we want the Fulani out of Yorubaland,” he said.

Igboho warned that the impending crisis will be worse than #EndSARS protests, as the Yoruba people have resolved to defend themselves. He also lauded Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State for ordering herdsmen in the forest reserves in the state to leave those locations within seven days.
