The Super Eagles, on Tuesday, came from two goals down to defeat Argentina in a friendly game on Tuesday. The Argentines had taken the lead through Ever Banega in the 26th minute before Manchester City forward, Sergio Aguero, doubled the lead in the 36th minute.
The Eagles’ resurgence began with a Kelehi Iheanacho free kick just before half time. In the 52nd minute, Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi grabbed the equaliser while new invitee Brian Idowu made it three before Iwobi scored his second of the night to make it 4-2 in favour of Gernot Rohr’s men.
