Super Falcons’ striker, Asisat Oshoala, scored her fourth goal of the season for Barcelona ladies in their 4-1 win over Real Sociedad in a Liga Iberdrola clash on Tuesday night.
Oshoala, who recently returned to the club after representing Nigeria at the tour of Cyprus, put the Spanish giants ahead in the 18th minute at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
The former FC Robo of Lagos player has now netted four goals since joining the Catalans on loan from Chinese club, Dalian Quanjian, in January.
The ex-Arsenal and Liverpool ladies forward also scored twice for the Super Falcons at the just concluded Cyprus Cup where they finished seventh.
She is expected to represent Nigeria at the Women’s World Cup in September. The Falcons have been grouped against hosts, France, Norway and emerging power house, North Korea.
