The suspects arrested for allegedly invading the home of Mary Odili, a Justice of the Supreme Court, will be arraigned on Wednesday.
This was disclosed by Frank Mba, the Force Public Relations Officer, in an interview on Wednesday.
Persons masking as security operatives had on 29 October stormed the Abuja residence of Justice Odili over an allegation that illegal activities were going on there.
According to Mba, the police spokesperson, the suspects will be arraigned before Justice Nkeonye Maha of the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday.
He said: “The arraignment is tomorrow before a Federal High Court.”
Among those arrested are Lawrence Ajodo, said to be a “fake police officer”; Stanley Nkwazema, identified as a journalist; and Abdullahi Usman, an Assistant Superintendent of Immigration
