Aggrieved petroleum tanker drivers, on Tuesday evening, blocked the Benin-Ore highway at Ofosu, a community between Edo and Ondo States, over the alleged killing of two of their colleagues by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

PM News reports that the herdsmen also carted away an undisclosed amount of money from their victims after killing them.
The angry drivers who blocked the busy highway at the military checkpoint, were said to have refused all plea by other motorists to vacate the road for free flow of traffic.

The publication said the drivers insisted that they will remain on the road until Godwin Obaseki, the Edo governor, addresses them.
