A United Kingdom (UK)-based Nigerian student has claimed that he has been withdrawn from the university due to Zenith Bank’s “bad customer service”.
Newsbreak.ng reports that the aggrieved final-year student of the University of Greenwich said he processed his tuition fee through Zenith Bank but the financial institution “refused” to credit his university despite having the convenience of roughly two months.
The dejected student who has threatened to commit suicide said he has spent over N30 million on his studies in the UK. He also lamented that Zenith Bank is ignoring his email complaints.
SENT HUNDREDS OF EMAILS AND CHAT WITH YOU SEVERAL TIMES BUT YOU STILL DID NOTHING BUT YOU WOULD RATHER TREAT FORM A OF STUDENTS THAT BRIBE YOU ASAP, YOUR BANK WILL FOREVER BE THE POOREST WITH THE SETS OF INCOMPETENT AND NONCHALANT ATTITUDE STAFF YOU’VE GOT. THIS IS REALLY SAD
