An Ikeja Magistrate Court sitting in Lagos, has ordered the remand of three men for allegedly raping 18-year-old woman. The three suspects, Wasiu Lawal, 18, Tosin Taoreed, 18, and Peter Joseph, 19, conspired to rape one Bilikis at about 11pm at Eyiwuwawi street, Ikate Lagos.
The defendants penetrated into her vagina one after the other taking several turns.
The incident happened on the 18th November 2018.
The accused persons were arraigned on a two-count charge of rape and sexual assault, thereby committed an offence punishable under section 411 and 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015.
The defendants pleaded not guilty.
The magistrate, Sule O, Amzat adjourned the case till 21st of January 2018.
