Femi Fani-Kayode, a former minister of aviation, has said a Bola Ahmed Tinubu presidency in 2023 will not dissuade the agitators of Oduduwa Republic from seeking secession away from Nigeria.
Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a former two-term governor of Lagos State, is rumoured to be eyeing the office of president in the 2023 general elections.
But Fani-Kayode in a Twitter post on Wednesday, a Tinubu presidency will only strengthen the Oduduwa Republic agitators to continue their campaign for the Yoruba nation to leave Nigeria.
According to the former minister, no politician in the South-West region is more hated than the former Lagos State governor.
The agitation for Oduduwa Republic cannot be deterred or dissuaded by a Tinubu Presidency. As a matter of fact a Tinubu Presidency will only further strengthen the resolve of the separatists. This is because no-one is more hated by the Yoruba nationalists than Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
