Transfer

Arsenal will be looking to complete the signing of Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans during the winter transfer window.

According to CalcioMercato, the London club tried to sign Tielemans this summer, however, they were unable to secure a deal. The Gunners will be looking to sign the midfielder before his contract expires in the summer, to avoid competition with other clubs states the report.

Tielemans, 25, began his career at Anderlecht, where he made 185 official appearances and scored 35 goals across four seasons. He won the league title twice and in 2017 was chosen as the Belgian Professional Footballer of the Year.
