Juventus have been in contact with Tottenham manager Antonio Conte, according to Sport Today.
Newsbreak.ng understands that Juve are considering sacking Massimiliano Allegri after the club’s poor start to the Serie A season.
According to Italian publication Il Bianco Nero, Conte is open to returning to the club, having managed Juve from 2011 to 2014.
The 53-year-old ex-Chelsea manager has been spotted back in Turin to spend some relaxation time over the international break.
Conte fell out with Juve Chairman, Andrea Agnelli upon his exit as manager in 2014, but it is understood that the relationship has mended.
Conte is considered a top manager in world football and credited with the repopularisation of the 3–5–2 formation after it had seen very limited use since its heyday at the 1990 World Cup.
