Two men, Sunday Sobogun, 34 and Olanrewaju Murtala, 43, were Thursday arraigned in an Ogba Magistrates’ Court for allegedly defrauding one Hassan Adedotun of a truckload of charcoal valued at N2.328 million.

The defendants are standing trial on a four count charge of conspiracy and obtaining by false pretence. They were said to have agreed to deliver the goods to Adedotun’s warehouse at Ajegunle, Lagos State. Adedotun had bought and paid for the charcoal to be delivered.
