Two persons have been arrested after they were caught pasting posters with ‘Buhari must go’ inscribed on them.

The men were said to have been arrested around 2:30am on Monday while they were pasting the posters and also painting the messages on buildings.
Ayuba Edeh, state Commissioner of Police, said their action is not protest but inciting the public. He warned mischief makers to stay away from the state, saying his command would not tolerate breaking of law and order in the state.

Kingsley Fanwo, Commissioner for Information, said the men were imported to campaign against Buhari. He added that they came from Benue State while their posters was printed in the South South.

The commissioner said Kogi youths, who were ardent supporters of Buhari, apprehended the suspects and handed them over to law enforcement agents for possible prosecution for violating the Environmental Laws of Kogi State and disturbing the peace of the people.
