Video: Customs Arrest Smuggler With Rice Strapped To His Body

Officials of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), have arrested a suspected smuggler, with rice strapped to his body.

Though the location of where the arrest took place is not known, an official of the NCS was seen in the footage cutting ropes and tapes used by the man to strap the trains of rice, concealed in a sack-like material to his body.
