Newsbreak reports that an unnamed man has been arrested by the Ghana Police after he sent his daughter to a herbalist, Nana Adu-Boafo Jnr, to be used for money ritual.
In a video shared on the Facebook page of the Ghanaian herbalist, Nana Adu-Boafo, the police were secretly informed and they came to arrest the man. The suspect had returned from the diaspora and fallen into financial difficulty.
He is presently in police custody, and is being investigated.
The video has since triggered strong reactions on social media as users berated the man and praised the herbalist for taking the bold step and informing authorities.
Reacting, media personality, Anita Akuffo, stated that she hasn’t been well after sighting the video and can’t comprehend the level of wickedness of man with evil intentions of killing his own daughter.
She wrote: “I haven’t been okay after watching this video. What sort of wickedness is this? Your own daughter?”
