A video of one of the aides of the Delta State Governor, Samson Nwachukwu receiving a dirty slap from an officer of the Nigeria Customs Service (NSC) has surfaced online.
Newsbreak,ng gathered that Samson Nwachukwu is a Special Assistant to Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa.
The video has got many people talking.
In the video, the officer could be heard asking who Samson Nwachukwu was. After this, he slapped Samson.
The video ended with a military officer telling the customs officer to “get this man down.”
